I had a mixed experience at the resort. The location was fantastic, nestled in a beautiful area with great views. However, the management's approach, particularly around the hot tub area, left much to be desired. The rooms could use an upgrade, and cleanliness was an issue in some areas. Overall, while the surroundings were lovely and the pricing felt fair, the service and conditions need improvement.

Pacific Shores Resort is a lovely place with clean and bright rooms that offer a beautiful ocean view. It’s a tranquil getaway with great outdoor trails, but I did find some shortcomings regarding the dining options and noise levels from construction during my stay. The value for the room could be better, especially given the extra charges for amenities that I didn't use.
